How Quanta handles information submitted through its website and intelligence products.
Last updated: June 2026
We collect information you choose to provide through contact, waitlist, private-access, feedback, and product forms. This may include your name, company name, contact details, country, industry, business information, KYV inputs, selected options, report-delivery preferences, and feedback. We also record limited technical and operational information, such as session identifiers, page events, device or browser context, access-code activity, and errors needed to operate and secure the platform.
We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide access, generate and deliver requested outputs, operate KYV and other intelligence products, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, improve product quality, and provide relevant support. Personal name, business name, and email may be used to deliver reports, contact you about your submission, respond to enquiries, provide requested follow-up, and, where permitted, share relevant product, beta, or marketing updates. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Quanta does not sell identifiable personal or company information.
For KYV, personal name, business name, and email are stored separately from the remaining valuation inputs and results. The two records are connected through an internal identifier so Quanta can deliver the report and provide authorized support without placing direct identity details inside the analytical valuation record. When KYV information is used to improve models, develop GCC benchmarks, or study aggregate patterns, direct identifiers are excluded. Aggregated outputs combine multiple records and are designed not to identify an individual or business. Business information, reports, and communications remain confidential, and access is limited to what is reasonably required to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or trade identifiable business information. Information may be processed through secure systems and carefully selected operational providers only where necessary to host the platform, store submissions, deliver reports and communications, maintain security, monitor reliability, or satisfy legal requirements. These arrangements do not permit identifiable business information to be used for unrelated purposes.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested outputs, manage communications, monitor platform performance, maintain operational records, improve our products, and meet legal or security requirements. Anonymized and aggregated information may be retained for benchmark development. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect information in our possession, though no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
For any questions about this policy or to request deletion of your information, please contact us through the contact page.
